This bi-coastal presence not only provides geographic redundancy for optimal latency optimization but also boasts the largest fibre cable landings on both western and eastern seaboards, enabling connectivity to Asia and Europe. Our data centres are all carrier-neutral, each housing top-tier providers and exchange points.




Data Center Facilities

Building Info: Repurposed Industrial Building into IT&T/Data Centre, spanning approximately 520,000 sq. ft.

Data Centre Description: Tier 3+ data centre, accommodating over 6,000 racks in common areas and private cages.

UPS Systems: Configured in a 2N Utility Power System setup with 15 minutes of battery backup.

Generators: Designed with a 2N configuration, standard power zone delivers an average of 3kVA per rack, while the high-power zone can reach up to 9kVA per rack. The plan includes multiple fuel tanks with a projected capacity of 85,000 liters.

Security Measures: 24-hour surveillance through CCTV with digital recording, round-the-clock entrance security guards for access control, and access control systems with trap doors.

Emergency Protection: Equipped with a gas-based FM200 fire suppression system, a double interlock pre-action sprinkler system, and a distance-type water detection system.
